I have lived and worked on four continents and love T.O. The absolute best! Not so much by design, but I stayed on the way to NYC over 30 years ago. Worked in international shipping for the family (owned vessels) and the banking sector in T.O. (CIBC, Lloyds Bank Canada, HSBC), enjoyed and developed good relationships from stevedores to CEO. Joined Harvey Kalles over 23 years ago, fresh from obtaining a real estate license, and enjoyed every minute with the Kalles Clan and all my confreres. Transferable skills converge in benefiting my practice from packaging unique properties to market across Ontario, nationally, and ultimately globally. Built and led a team to L.A. and the Bahamas, as well as successfully sold in Barbados personally, and now packaging a legacy estate in Shanghai to market. Cultivating different channels socially and professionally beyond Kalles to manage the sale process of both commercial and residential properties from inception, leveraging both Western and Chinese social media, established social circles, prospective buyers, and top agents globally - most importantly, getting finance. An assistant based in Shanghai and attached to Deloitte actively assists in coordinating projects in China.
