Herman Wood has enjoyed a successful career in real estate as a salesperson since 1994. He is currently Vice President, Commercial Services at Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., specializing in Commercial Leasing, Investments, and Land Development. Herman Wood, also known to his clients as Woody, has developed a stellar reputation among both his clients and the top commercial agents and brokerages in the city. Woody’s office is based out of the Harvey Kalles Real Estate satellite office on Avenue Road and the Eglinton area.

 

Over the years, Woody has worked closely with his clients, lawyers, fellow agents, and mortgage brokers in negotiating and putting together major acquisitions and deals. He is a top producer for Harvey Kalles Real Estate and has achieved the ranking of being in the top 1% in sales of TREB agents this past year.

 

Woody takes great pride in providing buyers and sellers with exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry and overall market, as well as well-founded guidance and negotiating skills to get the best result for his clients. Woody creates and drafts all of his own agreements and offers so that nothing is left to chance.

 

Woody also coaches a Minor League Hockey team in the G.T.H.L., and he takes great pride in team building and working with the players. He has coached for many years for both the North Toronto Hockey Association and the North York Knights organization. Woody is and has always been a team leader, as is apparent upon meeting him.
